Join us for The 519’s Women’s Golf Tournament, a vibrant new event bringing together community, connection, and friendly competition in support of The 519’s essential programs and services. Taking place on Tuesday, August 11th at Royal Ashburn Golf Club in Whitby, this exciting day includes 18 holes of golf with cart, access to practice facilities, on-course contests and prizes, and a post-tournament reception with lunch and silent auction. Whether you’re an experienced golfer or just in it for the fun, gather your foursome and enjoy a meaningful day on the course while helping advance inclusion and support for 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

  • Where: Royal Ashburn Golf Club | 995 Myrtle Rd W, Whitby, ON
  • When: Tuesday, August 11th
  • Registration Opens: 6:30AM
    • All players must be registered by 7:45AM
  • Shotgun Start: 8:00AM
  • Reception to begin at noon with lunch to follow

Early Bird Foursome Registration ($1,000) – Available while supplies last

  • Entry for four (4) players to The 519’s Women’s Golf Tournament
  • Eighteen (18) holes of golf with cart
  • Access to practice facilities pre-tournament as well as on-course contests, activities, and prizes
  • Entry to the post-tournament reception, lunch, and silent auction
  • A portion of your registration fee is eligible for a charitable tax receipt. For each Foursome registration, $200 is considered a donation. You will receive a charitable tax receipt via email as a link to a PDF after the event.

Charitable Tax Receipts:
Your registration for The 519’s Women’s Golf Tournament helps raise funds for The 519. For each Foursome registration, $200 is considered a donation. If you add an individual sponsorship to your registration, your charitable tax receipt will also include the full amount of the sponsorship fee. You will receive a charitable tax receipt via email as a link to a PDF after the event.

Please note:

  • If you do not have the registration details for all your participants yet, tick the box next to “This registrant will provide information later at the event” during checkout.
  • All participants must be registered to play. Your registration confirmation email includes a link to provide the registration details for your team later. Your full team’s registration details must be submitted by July 31.
  • The 519’s Women’s Golf Tournament registrations and sponsorships are not transferable or refundable.
