The 519 EarlyON Child and Family Centre is a supportive space for families of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and configurations and their children (0 to 6 years) to meet, play, talk, learn, and grow with each other.
We provide 2SLGBTQ+ affirming early learning activities, music and movement, creative experiences, and parent education. Our supportive staff can assist in accessing information about parenting and child development, community resources, online programming, and parent/caregiver workshops.
All our programming is free.

Glitterbug 2SLGBTQ+ EarlyON Mobile Program
The 519’s Glitterbug 2SLGBTQ+ EarlyON Mobile Program is a unique mobile program that works with EarlyON Centres across Toronto to promote inclusion and affirmation of gender and sexual diversity among children and families. Glitterbug combines the understanding of 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion with a play-based learning approach for children and families to celebrate 2-Spirited, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and gender diverse plus individuals.

Every Baby Counts
Every Baby Counts (EBC) is a free, drop-in component of The 519 EarlyON Child and Family Centre and is for parents and caregivers of children ages 0 to 18 months. EBC is a safe space that prioritizes 2SLGBTQ+ BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) families and allies that provides inclusive and affirming supports for all diverse infants and their families.
- Thursdays, 1:30 to 4pm

Child development support (0 to 6 years) for parents and caregivers by our Registered Early Childhood Educators.
