Roxanne Duncan is a producer and executive leader with 20 years’ experience in the cultural sector. Known for her expertise in managing large-scale, complex, multimillion-dollar initiatives at the intersection of community, culture, and place, Roxanne brings strategic vision and operational precision to her creative projects. She has served as Executive Director of the Banff Forum, Vancouver’s Push International Performing Arts Festival, and was Managing Director of The Theatre Centre, where she co-led the creation of the company’s Queen West venue in Toronto.
