Tai Chi Wednesday!

Bring on some mid-week zen with an hour of Tai Chi, a low impact exercise and ancient Chinese martial art.

Benefits of Tai Chi include:

  • Reduces stress

Every Wednesdays, 10:00 to 11:00 am starting
