The 519 Notary Clinic provides free notary and commissioning services to support the diverse needs of the 2SLGBTQ+ communities and residents within our catchment area. Services are generally bimonthly, and we serve a maximum of 8 community members during each clinic.

Services includes the following:

• Commissioning of documents that need to be witnessed under oath
• Notarizing and certifying true copies of original documents
