Your facilitator:
Camille, the essence behind Cenèji, is an Integrative Energy and Sound Practitioner. As a Registered Reiki Master, Sonic Meditation Facilitator, and Registered Nurse, she is dedicated to holding space for others to reconnect with their inner magic. In her sound bath sessions, she creates an inviting environment where participants can explore deep relaxation and inner harmony through the gentle power of vibrational sound. Honoring the diverse cultural origins of the modalities she integrates, she crafts experiences that empower personal growth, ease stress, and support balanced energy in a nurturing and restorative way.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience that uses harmonic tones and vibrations to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Through instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes, participants are guided into a state of stillness where stress eases, and the mind and body naturally reset. It’s a simple yet powerful way to recharge during a busy day.
Comfort Recommendations
You can be seated in chairs or laying in the ground (mat provided)
Feel welcome to bring: eye mask, blanket, or extra layers for added comfort as your body temperature may cool during meditation.
Health Considerations
Sound baths are safe and beneficial for most people, but certain individuals may need to consult their healthcare provider before participating:
- Pregnancy (early stages) – While many can benefit from sound baths later in pregnancy, the early stages may be more sensitive to the vibrations.
- Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders – Some frequencies may act as a trigger.
- Mental Health Considerations – Individuals who are highly sensitive to sensory input or who experience shifts in perception or awareness may wish to consult a healthcare provider before attending.
- Heart Conditions – Individuals with pacemakers or serious cardiac concerns should check with their doctor.
- Acute illness or injury – Participants should avoid attending if experiencing acute pain or illness.
