We’re a community-based group that meets to practice yoga. Everyone is welcome.

Classes are on the 1st and 2nd Sunday of each month starting at 3 pm. Classes run approximately 1hr long.

When you come to class, please try to bring your own mat. Wear loose-fitting clothes. The classes are usually led by David Jang who has taught yoga since 2008. The style of yoga can be described as flow or vinyasa. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t practiced before – just have the willingness to keep a steady practice. There’s no pre-registration required; just come a little bit earlier than the start time.
