An inclusive and welcoming space for parents and caregivers (LGBTQ2S & Allies) and their infants.
Every Baby Counts (EBC) is a community-led group, supported by The 519, for parents and caregivers of children ages 0 – 12 months.
The program is facilitated by parents/caregivers who are also program participants. Discussions and themes regarding infanthood, healthy infant development, community building, family resource provision, LGBTQ2S parenting, and gender-inclusive parenting take place weekly, sometimes this includes special guest visitors. It is a space that prioritizes LGBTQ2S, as well as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) families and allies and provides inclusive and affirming supports for diverse infants and families.
