[Media Advisory] The 519’s Green Space Festival 2023 lineup celebrates trans excellence

The five-day pride fundraising event to support Toronto’s most prominent 2SLGBTQ+ multi-service agency and 2SLGBTQ + communities returns June 21 to 25, 2023.

TORONTO, ON, JUNE 7, 2023 – The 519’s Green Space Festival announced the full talent lineup for the five-day festival at Barbara Hall Park in Toronto from Wednesday, June 21 to Sunday, June 25. The event features an exceptional lineup of world-class DJs, legendary performers, international and local drag performer royalty, and more. In response to rising anti-2SLGBTQ+ rhetoric and violence, The 519 is pleased to celebrate the festival’s Canadian trans and non-binary excellence.

Since 2008, the festival has been one of Toronto’s favourite pride celebrations. Supporting 2SLGBTQ+ communities is Green Space Festival’s reason for being, and it has generated over $4.5 million for the unique programs and services at The 519, Canada’s largest and most prominent 2SLGBTQ+ multi-service agency and community centre.

The highly anticipated festival kicks off on Wednesday, June 21 with Starry Night and closes with the legendary Treehouse Party on Sunday, June 25 at Barbara Hall Park in the heart of Toronto’s Church-Wellesley Village.
