All-access Club 519 passes go on sale Saturday, April 8

Toronto – The 519 kicked off the 2017 edition of Green Space Festival, taking place June 22 – 25, by announcing some of the international artists set to perform, as well as one new event.

"The Green Space Festival is The 519's most important fundraising event of the year. We come together as a community to celebrate and raise money to directly fund The 519’s essential programs and services." says Jacob Porpossian, Green Space Festival Chair. "From world-renowned DJs to drag superstars and more, our 2017 star-studded entertainment lineup is one you won't want to miss."

This year’s Festival has assembled an exciting list of fresh international DJ/Producers making first-time visits, along with some returning favourites. The familiar events are back – Starry Night (June 23), One World (June 23), Lipstick Jungle (June 24) and Disco Disco, and the TreeHouse Party (both June 25).

From London, we are thrilled to be bringing in master DJ/Producer/Remixer Joey Negro, DJ Pagano, and Horse Meat Disco in a most highly-anticipated return. The Festival will shake to the purest House beats from Lisbon's legendary DJ Vibe, and his compatriot Angel Morales, the man behind the unique sound of Montreal's famous Stereo nightclub. American singer and DJ Ultra Naté will light up the Lipstick Jungle. The up-and-coming, Stockholm-born, Berlin-based DJ La Fleur, label manager for Power Plant Records and resident of Watergate Berlin, will be bringing her refined beats to Toronto for the first time. For Starry Night – in keeping with its grand reputation – we are delighted to welcome the most fabulous trio of queens from this year's Ru-Paul's Drag Race Season 9:  Shea Couleé, Sasha Velour, and Peppermint. Many more great performers will be rounding out the roster to make this 9th edition of Green Space Festival unforgettable.

In addition to these returning parties, The 519 also announced SUPERNATURE, a new Sunday After-Party featuring legendary DJs in two separate rooms at Toronto’s famous NEST Night Club, for the ultimate closing party to this year’s Festival (June 25, 11:00pm -5:00am)

Coming up on May 6 at The 519, beginning at 9:30pm, Green Space Festival will be giving JUST A TASTE, the Festival’s Launch Party featuring Def Mix DJ Hector Romero and performances by choreographer Scott Fordham.

Information and tickets for all events can be found at GreenSpaceTO.org.

Club 519 all-inclusive passes to this year’s Festival will be available beginning April 8 at 8:00am
